  • 1 lb Wagyu ground beef
  • 8 soft slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until sizzling.
  2. Slice the tomato and onion while the skillet heats.
  3. Form the Wagyu beef into eight balls (about 2 oz each).
  4. Smash each ball onto the hot skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Flip the patties, add cheese on top, and cook until melted (about another minute).
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard.
