  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Add eggs and red food coloring; stir until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the red velvet batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of cheesecake on top, then add remaining red velvet batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
