  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7-10 minutes, draining excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place two tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center, fold in sides, and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides (about 3 minutes per side) and drain on paper towels.
