  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
