  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and slice them horizontally to create pockets; season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each pocket with the garlic herb butter mixture and seal with toothpicks.
