  • 1 cup edamame, shelled (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (regular or vegan)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove moisture, then crumble it into a bowl.
  2. Mix in edamame, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into burger-sized patties.
