Chicken Waldorf Salad Wraps are a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring tender chicken, crisp apples, juicy grapes, and crunchy walnuts enveloped in a soft tortilla.

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diced Honeycrisp or Fuji apples
  • 1 cup halved seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 1 cup chopped celery stalks
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts by boiling in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or baking at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Dice apples and chop celery. Halve the grapes.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with chopped apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, and the dressing in a large bowl until well-coated.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spoon generous amounts of the mixture into the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll tightly.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to three days.
