  • 4 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
