  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt; cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add basmati rice and dried fruits to the pot. Pour in vegetable broth and stir gently.
  4. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  5. Once cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with parsley.
