  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk (or heavy cream)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • For Frosting: 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined; do not overmix.
