  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the plant-based beef and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
