  • 3 cups fresh spinach (or 1.5 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish.
  2. If using fresh spinach, wash and chop; if using frozen, thaw and drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes, then mix in the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
