  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

  6. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; centers should remain soft.
