  • 3 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
