  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
