  1. Brew one cup of strong espresso or coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and cooled espresso; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Scoop small portions (about one inch) and roll them into balls. Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and roll in cocoa powder to finish.
