  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 oz Hershey's chocolate bars (chopped)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chopped Hershey's chocolate and mini marshmallows.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
