Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine flour and cold butter until crumbly; add cold water gradually to form dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough to fit into a tart pan. Poke holes in the base, line with parchment paper, and bake with weights for 15 minutes.
