  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until frothy; then stir in chopped apples.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
