  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, and an additional drizzle of olive oil until well mixed.
  4. Spoon the artichoke mixture onto each toasted bread slice.
  5. Return to the oven for another 7-10 minutes until heated through and slightly melted.
