  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup chunky cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Spread mustard on the bottom halves, then layer with turkey and cranberry sauce.
  4. Add Swiss cheese slices on top of the cranberry sauce, then place the roll tops back on.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
