  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and trim the carrots and Brussels sprouts, slicing larger carrots into sticks for even cooking.
