  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in softened butter and sugar until creamy. Then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the greased pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
