  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake coated chicken on the prepared sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  4. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
