  • 34 tbsp ice water
  • 6 slices crispy thick-cut bacon
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms; shape into a disk and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Fry bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop.
  3. Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface into a rough circle about 1/8-inch thick. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
