  • 10 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Ground Pork or Chicken (or Tofu for vegetarian option)
  • 1 cup Shredded Green Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork or chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon two tablespoons of filling onto the bottom half. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add spring rolls seam side down and fry until golden brown on all sides (about three minutes per side).
  4. While cooking, whisk together rice vinegar and soy sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
  5. Serve warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
