  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup sour cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
