Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until fully cooked (7-10 minutes per side). Allow cooling slightly before shredding.
