  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)

  • Sterilized canning jars (size as needed)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the jalapenos into rings.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add sliced jalapenos to the pan and stir to coat.
  4. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until syrup thickens.
  5. Using tongs, transfer jalapeno slices into sterilized jars and pour syrup over them to fully submerge.
  6. Allow jars to cool completely before sealing with lids and refrigerating.
