Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls (1 package)
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 12 slider-sized patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (71°C). Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected. Place each patty on the bottom half, add pickles if desired, and drizzle ketchup and mustard before capping with the top half.
  5. Bake assembled sliders in the oven for about 10 minutes until heated through.
