  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
