Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, and salt. Create a well in the center and gradually add warm water until dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about half an inch thick on a floured surface.
  4. Spread softened butter on the dough; sprinkle minced garlic, shredded cheese, and oregano evenly over it.
  5. Roll tightly from one end to form a log; slice into equal pieces and place upright in greased muffin tins.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
