  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the halved baby potatoes in the prepared dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the sliced smoked sausage until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, ranch seasoning mix, cooked sausage, and half the cheese. Pour over the potatoes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
