  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about one minute. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown.
  4. Layer half of the cooked chicken in the baking dish, followed by half of the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat with remaining chicken, sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
