  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

  • 0.5 cup tahini paste
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).
