  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups Napa cabbage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground pork, ginger, garlic, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into large meatballs (about the size of softballs) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté Napa cabbage in a little oil until just wilted (about 3 minutes).
  5. Place the meatballs on the cabbage in the skillet and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve directly from the skillet or transfer to plates.
