Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Divide the dough into four portions, shape each into a ball, then flatten slightly and poke a hole in the center to form flagels.
  5. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
