  • 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté the onion, garlic, and celery until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with crab meat, shrimp, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
