Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a deliciously easy twist on traditional holiday fare, blending savory ground turkey with sweet dried cranberries into perfectly bite-sized morsels.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced onions and chopped celery in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, egg, chicken broth, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with cranberry sauce or gravy if desired.
