1 lb ground turkey
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups stuffing mix
1 small onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large egg
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sauté diced onions and chopped celery in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, egg, chicken broth, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
