  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup green chile enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, half of the green chile enchilada sauce, chopped onions, and shredded cheese until well mixed.
  3. Spread about 1/2 cup of the filling onto each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  4. Place burritos seam-side down in the baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce over them. Sprinkle with leftover cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
