  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries or raisins)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before adding dried fruits and mixing well.
  6. Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
