  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté spinach until wilted. Add shrimp and crab meat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir in heavy cream until combined.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the filling: start with sauce, followed by noodles, then ricotta mixture and seafood filling. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles topped with remaining sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and leftover Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
