Cuban sliders are a mouthwatering twist on the classic Cuban sandwich, featuring succulent pulled pork, creamy Swiss cheese, zesty Dijon mustard, and crunchy dill pickles, all nestled in soft slider rolls.   • 12 slider rolls (brioche or potato)
  • 2 cups pulled pork (slow-cooked and seasoned)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each slider roll in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly on each bottom half. Layer with pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles.
  4. Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the fillings. Brush melted butter on top of each slider.
  5. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the buttered tops.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
