  • 1 package (14 oz) pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onions and bell peppers; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough to fit your pie dish. Layer half of the cheese on the bottom, followed by the meat mixture and pepperoni slices. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with another layer of dough or fold edges over if using one sheet; cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
