  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish. Drizzle half of the sweetened condensed milk over it and sprinkle with half of the coconut flakes and pecans.
  4. Pour the remaining batter on top, then repeat with the remaining condensed milk, coconut flakes, and pecans.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
