  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture and let sit while preparing peaches.
