Ham and cheese sliders are the perfect bite-sized treat for any gathering, combining soft, buttery buns with savory ham and gooey melted cheese.   • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • 12 oz sliced ham (honey-baked preferred)
  • 12 oz sliced Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each bun half.
  4. Layer ham and cheese generously on the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  6. Place in a baking dish covered with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
