  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice zucchinis into half-inch rounds for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss zucchini slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
