  • 6 store-bought honey buns, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped honey buns with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and gently shake to remove air bubbles.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  6. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  7. For glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until desired consistency; drizzle over slices before serving.
