  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
